All you need to know about your reservation
Thank you for booking with us!
Your Deposit payment will be deduced from your total but will not be refundable in case of cancellation. If you cancel your booking 10 days or less before arrival 100% of the total will be charged. Pay your Deposit within 5 days - otherwise your reservation will be canceled. Bookings within 3 days prior to your arrival don't need a deposit payment. We have a card terminal at our Reception and accept credit cards.
The booking is binding to the customer when the deposit is paid, approved and you have received a booking confirmation on this. Make sure your booking confirmation is in accordance with your booking. Cottages: You have access to your cottage on arrival from 14:00 and are requested to leave on departure at 12:00. Blankets and pillows are available in each accommodation. The basic price does not include sheets, towels or cleaning. Beds may only be used with bed linen. The cottages are to be left in a clean condition. Uncleaned cabins are charged extra 500 kr. Earlier departure: In case you begun your stay with us but for some reason are forced to cancel it, no money will be refunded. Smoking: Please note that there is a total smoking ban in all cottages as well as service spaces. The guest will be charged 1500 kr for the costs of decontamination. Washer & Drying Room: Available on the short side of the service building.
Book and pay at our reception. Garbage & Recycling: Is located near the service house. We sort these as there are trash cans for household waste, metal, glass, plastic, cardboard and bottles or cans. Rights / complaint: If you have any complaints, please send them to us as soon as possible, within 60 minutes of check-in. Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported immediately so that we get a chance to correct it. If we have failed to resolve your problems in a satisfactory manner, please file a complaint within 7 days of departure.
Guest's obligations: You must take care of the rental unit and comply with the rules and regulations that apply. You are responsible for all damage caused to the property and its inventory. Lost key is replaced by SEK 1500. You must clean properly before departure. If you miss this, we will do the cleaning at your expense. Upon arrival, you may have to leave a deposit for cleaning.
We return your deposit upon departure after the cabin / room has been inspected and the cleaning is approved. Your recreational vehicle may not be used as a residence, guest cottage or similar. Permanent accommodation needs a separate contract. Our site does not accept dog breeds / crossings listed in the legislation of dangerous dogs. NOTE! If you expect to be late just call us and let us know. The lessee is obliged to inform himself about the handling of the vehicle and inspect the vehicle together with the lessor before departure. The lessee is obliged to return the scooter latest at the end of the rental period. In the event of a delay, the lessee will be charged additionally according to the current price list. A driver's license (issued before 01/01/2000) or an actual driver's license is required. For Norwegian citizens, driver's license S applies and a minimum age of 18 years or 16 years on safari tours. The lessee / driver is obliged to inform himself and comply with both general rules (laws and regulations) for snowmobiling and local rules for snowmobiling. If the vehicle is driven carelessly or otherwise abused the rental period is considered to be forfeited. In the event of damage, the lessee is liable to pay compensation. In case of injuries, accidents or damage there is an additional self risk cost of SEK 5000 for the responsible tenant. The scooter shall be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery, except for normal wear and tear. The lessee is liable to the lessor for the vehicle not being damaged or lost during the rental period and is considered liable for damages caused by negligence. The lessee is released from liability if the damage or loss is due to defects in the leased vehicle or if he can otherwise make it probable that the damage or loss was not caused by him through negligence. Damage or impaired function must be notified to the lessor immediately. Replacement of variator belt is allowed, other damage / mechanical defects may not be repaired without the consent of the lessor. If assistance / salvage is needed, a basic fee of SEK 1500 will be charged and then SEK 500 / hour will be added. However, damages incurred when the driver was affected by alcohol / drugs or when the vehicle was driven in a manner that violates applicable regulations implies full payment responsibility for the lessee. The lessor disclaims all responsibility for events involving rented scooters outside the lessors control, e.g. in case of mechanical failure or other damage. Service, repair or damage may mean that the item booked is not available. If a warning light comes on, the scooter must be switched off immediately. Then call Rörvattnets FiskeCamp and ask how to proceed. It is then up to us to choose a scooter to be provided which should be of equal value if possible. The vehicle is handed out to the lessee at the time of pickup and must be returned with a full tank at the end of the rental period. The vehicle is fueled with 95 octane gasoline. Oil consumption and normal drive belt wear are included in the rental price. Worn belt due to incorrect performance is replaced/payed by the lessee. Driving may only be done in accordance with the Off-Road Driving Act. Respect the signage at the trail and the forest replanting sites.
